Nuno Ponte

Senior executive with 20+ years of experience in digital identity and PKI technologies, currently Head of Advanced Solutions at MULTICERT, driving global projects in eID, ePassport, and mDL with PKIs deployed across five continents.
Holds a BSc in Systems and Computer Engineering from the University of Minho and an Executive MBA from Porto Business School.

Active contributor to ISO working groups, shaping standards such as the Mobile Drivers’ Licence ISO 18013-5, and an early promoter of PSD2 and Open Banking. Participated in the Large Scale Pilot POTENTIAL for EUDIW and currently contributing to the APTITUDE project.
