Christophe Halopé

With more than 30 years of experience in R&D, engineering and industrial innovation, Christophe is a recognised expert in secure technologies, advanced materials and high-security product development. He combines strategic leadership with expertise in digital identity, banknote security, RFID and contactless technologies.

Throughout his career, he has led multidisciplinary R&D and engineering teams, overseeing the development and industrialisation of secure technologies for governments, central banks and international organisations.

As Executive Director and Head of Banknote Activity at C.S.T – Crime Science Technology, he currently supports the advancement of secure document and banknote technologies. Previously, in leadership roles at Arjowiggins Security and ASK, he drove innovation in RFID, ePassports and contactless smart card technologies, contributing to globally recognised solutions and patent portfolios.
