Graduated in Organization and Information Systems with a Postgraduate degree in Engineering and Technology Management. Currently Coordinator of the Technologies, Innovation and Communication Unit at the Ministry of Finance of Cape Verde.
Former Special Advisor to the President of Cabo Verde for Innovation and Communication. Also served as Fiscal Council President at INE Cape Verde and held a Senior Technician role at INE Portugal, combining public sector expertise with a strong focus on digital transformation and innovation.
