Abenezer Feleke

Abenezer Feleke is a strategic communications advisor with over 12 years of experience specialising in strategic communications, advocacy, partnerships and stakeholder engagement across digital transformation and public-sector programmes. His expertise spans digital marketing, branding and public relations, combining strategic vision with hands-on execution in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Currently at TBI Africa Advisory, Abenezer serves as Digital Strategic Communications Advisor to the Prime Minister’s Office of Ethiopia, leading the strategic planning and implementation of communications and advocacy for the country’s Digital ID and AI programmes under Digital Ethiopia 2030. He supports leadership engagement with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen adoption, trust and institutional alignment. A 2024 Mandela Washington Fellow, he completed Leadership in Public Management and Communications at Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
