Dr Dilnesaw Israel is a senior legal and public policy professional with extensive experience advising and leading policy and legislative processes across governmental and institutional contexts. He has worked closely with public authorities and stakeholders on policy formulation, legislative drafting, regulatory reform, and applied research aligned with constitutional mandates and international standards.

With a strong track record in strategy development and governance reform, his work focuses on strengthening institutions and fostering effective inter-institutional collaboration. He holds a PhD and a Master’s in Public Policy Studies, as well as an LL.M. and an LL.B., combining legal rigor with evidence-based policy innovation.
