Founder and Head of Innovation at MyVet, European jurist and PhD researcher in digital ID at the University of Turin
European jurist and researcher, currently a PhD candidate in the Law, People, and Markets program at the University of Turin, focusing on digital identity as a foundational legal and regulatory infrastructure. He conducts applied research in collaboration with PagoPA S.p.A., contributing to the design, legal framework, and regulatory aspects of the Italian Digital Education Wallet and other national digital identity–based public services.
Founder and Head of Innovation at MyVet, he develops digital identity systems for animals, integrating health records, traceability, and public–private digital infrastructures.
President and Co-founder of the Local Innovation Lab, he engages in interdisciplinary projects aimed at improving accessibility, transparency, and trust in technology-driven services.
