Ermes Costa Neto

Holds a degree in Mechatronics Engineering, specialising in control and automation, from the University of Pernambuco (UPE), complemented by an MBA in Business Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). Also holds a Master’s and a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the Federal University of Pernambuco (UFPE), with research focused on systems integration in robotics, developed in collaboration with the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA), and on multicriteria decision support.

Brings a strong academic and technical background in engineering, combining expertise in automation, robotics and decision-support methodologies with a solid understanding of business and management principles.

Certified with CPA-20 by ANBIMA, demonstrating recognised knowledge of financial markets and capital markets regulation.
